Founded by Certified Trichologist and Medical Herbalist Tamara “Tam H₂O” Waters, the convention creates space for meaningful conversations about hair loss, scalp health, holistic wellness, and the emotional impact of losing hair. With a professional background spanning cosmetology, medical hair replacement, trichology, and holistic health education, Tam has dedicated her career to helping individuals understand that hair loss is often more than what meets the eye.
The Birth of The Original Hair Loss Convention
The Original Hair Loss Convention was born from a vision to create something greater than another beauty industry event. Tam recognized the need for a space where licensed beauty professionals, trichologists, healthcare professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, and hair restoration specialists could come together to exchange knowledge, build relationships, and explore opportunities within the growing hair restoration industry.
She envisioned a convention that would bridge the gap between traditional cosmetology, trichology, holistic wellness, medical hair replacement, and entrepreneurship.
